Orientation Week International Assistant Applications Available in ISS July 27, 2011

  • The Welcome Orientation Week (W.O.W) International Assistant (IA)

program is a great opportunity for students who are interested in

        volunteering during the orientation week.

  • It is a wonderful experience to help new international students adapt

to American culture. Through training, International Assistants

will be ready to help ISS staff and new students during W.O.W.

  •  IAs will also share their own experiences about their first

impression and adaptation to the U.S., as well as lead students in

        a variety of activities.

The orientation will be from September 12th to September 16th, and you are required to attend everyday of orientation and stay for the duration of the events.

You are also required to attend the training on September 8th & 9th (Thursday & Friday) from 9:30AM-4:00PM.
Missing training will result in being removed from the International Assistant Program.

If you have questions or comments, you can send an email to Daniel Pham at, or call 425-640-1399 for help.
